Fostering Cooperation Towards Addressing Refugee Concerns
The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in association with the Centre for Security Analysis and the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies, University of Madras organized a seminar on "Fostering Cooperation towards Addressing Refugee Concerns" on 25 September 2004.
The seminar covered the issues of Refugees and Law in India, Socio-Economic Challenges, Security Concerns and Durable Solutions and the issues and concerns relating to the Sri Lankan Refugees in Tamil Nadu. This book carries the summary of the proceedings.
